Say goodbye to bingo wings: 5 Effective Exercises to Tone Your Arms and Banish Bingo Wings

Say goodbye to bingo wings at last!!!

Are you tired of feeling self-conscious about your “bingo wings”? These flabby areas on the underside of your arms can be frustrating to deal with, but there are ways to tone and strengthen them. In this article, we’ll share five effective exercises that use weights to help you achieve the toned arms you’ve always wanted.

Get ready to Say goodbye to bingo wings with these 5 effective exercises to tone your arms, banish bingo wings, and feel confident and strong in no time at all!

Arm circles.

Arm circles are a simple yet effective exercise that can help tone your arms. To perform arm circles, stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and extend your arms out to the sides at shoulder height. Slowly make small circles with your arms, starting with small circles and gradually increasing the size of the circles. Repeat for 10-12 reps, then switch directions and repeat for another 10-12 reps. For an added challenge, hold light weights in your hands while performing the exercise.

Push-ups.

Push-ups are a classic exercise that targets your chest, shoulders, and triceps, making them a great choice for toning your arms. To perform a push-up, start in a plank position with your hands shoulder-width apart and your feet together. Lower your body down towards the ground by bending your elbows, keeping your body in a straight line. Push back up to the starting position and repeat for 10-12 reps, then rest and repeat for 2-3 sets. If you need to modify the exercise, you can perform push-ups on your knees or against a wall.

Bicep curls.

Bicep curls are a classic exercise for toning and strengthening your arms. To perform this exercise, stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold a dumbbell in each hand with your palms facing up. Slowly lift the weights towards your shoulders, keeping your elbows close to your body. Pause at the top of the movement, then slowly lower the weights back down to the starting position. Repeat for 10-12 reps, then rest and repeat for 2-3 sets.

Tricep dips.

Tricep dips are a great exercise for targeting the back of your arms and getting rid of those pesky bingo wings. To perform this exercise, sit on the edge of a sturdy chair or bench with your hands gripping the edge next to your hips. Walk your feet forward and lower your body down towards the ground, bending your elbows to a 90-degree angle. Push back up to the starting position, keeping your elbows close to your body. Repeat for 10-12 reps, then rest and repeat for 2-3 sets. For an added challenge, try lifting one leg off the ground while performing the exercise.

Overhead press.

The overhead press is a classic exercise for toning your arms and shoulders. To perform this exercise, stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold a dumbbell in each hand at shoulder height. Press the weights up overhead, keeping your elbows close to your ears. Lower the weights back down to shoulder height and repeat for 10-12 reps, then rest and repeat for 2-3 sets. For an added challenge, try alternating arms or increasing the weight of the dumbbells.

Incorporating these five effective exercises into your fitness routine can help you to say goodbye to bingo wings and achieve toned and strong arms. Don’t let “bingo wings” hold you back from feeling confident and self-assured. Remember to start with light weights and gradually increase as you build strength. Make sure to also pair these exercises with a healthy and balanced diet to see even better results.

With consistency and dedication, you can banish those flabby areas and feel great about your arms. So what are you waiting for, say goodbye to bingo wings.

Plant-Based Nutrition: What You Need to Know for a Balanced Diet

Plant-Based Nutrition: All You Need to Know

Plant-Based Nutrition: What You Need to Know for a Balanced Diet and for Health in 2023

Plant-based diets have become increasingly popular in recent years, and for good reason. Eating more plants and fewer animal products has been linked to numerous health benefits, including reduced risk of chronic diseases like heart disease, diabetes, and cancer. But what exactly is plant-based nutrition, and how can you ensure you’re getting all the nutrients you need from a diet that focuses on plants?

First, it’s important to understand that a plant-based diet doesn’t have to mean a strict vegan or vegetarian diet. You can still include small amounts of animal products if you choose, but the majority of your diet should come from plants. This means lots of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts, and seeds.

One of the main concerns with a plant-based diet is getting enough protein. However, many plant foods are excellent sources of protein, such as lentils, chickpeas, tofu, and quinoa. It’s important to include a variety of these protein-rich foods in your diet to ensure you’re getting all the essential amino acids your body needs.

Another important nutrient to consider is iron. While iron is typically associated with red meat, there are plenty of plant-based sources of iron, such as spinach, lentils, tofu, and fortified cereals. Vitamin C can also help your body absorb iron, so pairing iron-rich foods with vitamin C-rich foods like oranges or bell peppers can enhance absorption.

Omega-3 fatty acids are another essential nutrient that many people associate with fish, but there are plant-based sources as well. Flaxseeds, chia seeds, hemp seeds, and walnuts are all rich in omega-3s.

Finally, it’s important to consider supplementing with vitamin B12, which is primarily found in animal products. However, there are plant-based sources of B12, such as fortified cereals and nutritional yeast, and supplements are widely available.

By focusing on a variety of whole plant foods and incorporating these key nutrients, a plant-based diet can be a healthy and delicious way to support your overall health and well-being.

Don’t wait any longer to start incorporating more plant-based foods into your diet. Take the first step towards better health and a more sustainable lifestyle today. Try out some of our delicious plant-based recipes at our sister site yourplantbasedhealth.com and see the benefits for yourself!

5 reasons why i became a vegan health coach

5 reasons why i became a vegan health coach

Introduction

The term “vegan” is often associated with a strict diet and lifestyle. However, there are many reasons why one might choose to adopt this healthy way of eating and living, including environmental impacts, animal welfare concerns, health benefits and personal values. I am a certified plant-based nutrition coach and have been vegan since 2016. This article will give you five reasons why I chose to become vegan as well as discuss whether or not you should consider following suit!

  1. To live a life that is kinder to the planet, animals and the people around me

Veganism is a lifestyle that is kinder to the planet, animals and the people around me. When we eat vegan food, we are helping to protect our environment by not contributing to climate change. Animal agriculture produces more greenhouse gases than all transportation combined (including planes, trains and automobiles). And it doesn’t stop there: animal agriculture also contaminates waterways with fecal matter from factory farms; destroys rainforests for grazing land; contributes to soil erosion; pollutes air quality through ammonia emissions from manure lagoons (the pools where waste from animals who live in crowded pens gets collected); uses up land resources needed for growing food for humans rather than livestock feedstock crops like corn and soybeans…

The list goes on!

  1. To prevent suffering of all animals – not just companion animals

As a vegan health coach, I feel it is my duty to help people understand that not only is the suffering of animals in the meat industry horrific, but their suffering also extends beyond our food system. Animals are used for testing and entertainment purposes; they’re killed for their fur, skin and body parts (such as veal). Veganism is the only way to prevent all forms of animal suffering.

  1. To reduce my carbon footprint on the earth

Carbon footprint is the amount of carbon dioxide (CO2) you produce, or the amount of CO2 that has been produced as a result of your lifestyle. The more you pollute, the bigger your carbon footprint will be.

You can reduce your carbon footprint by:

  • Using public transportation instead of driving a car or taking an Uber/Lyft to work
  • Buying organic foods from local farmers markets instead of buying groceries at big chain stores like Walmart or Target
  • Turning off lights when you’re not using them and unplugging electronics when they aren’t charging
  1. To improve my health and vitality
  • To improve my health and vitality

There are many reasons why people choose to adopt a vegan diet, but one of the most common is to improve their overall health. A plant-based diet can help with weight loss and diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, cancer (including breast cancer), arthritis and allergies–just to name a few.

  1. Because I have a passion for plant-based health coaching and nutrition education!

Health coaching is a field I am passionate about because you get to help people with their health and wellness goals. As a vegan health coach, I can help others improve their quality of life by helping them become healthier in many ways: they will feel better physically and mentally, they will be able to do more physically, they’ll have more energy during the day (and less need for coffee!), and they may even save money on food expenses!

There are so many benefits that come from becoming vegan or vegetarian–you don’t have to be an expert in plant-based nutrition to know this! But if you want to share your knowledge with others who want guidance on how best to eat for optimal health outcomes then becoming a certified plant-based health coach is definitely something worth considering!

A vegan diet is good for you AND the planet

As a vegan health coach, I want to share with you 5 reasons why I became a vegan.

  • It’s good for your health: Vegans have lower rates of heart disease, type 2 diabetes and other chronic illnesses than their meat-eating counterparts. A plant-based diet also helps improve digestion and reduce bloating from gas build-up in the intestines (which can cause stomach discomfort).
  • It’s good for the environment: Animal agriculture is one of the leading contributors to climate change due to its heavy use of fossil fuels such as methane gas produced by livestock animals such as cows or sheep which contributes significantly more greenhouse gases than cars do! When we eat less meat we reduce our carbon footprint on earth by reducing these harmful emissions into our atmosphere which will help keep our planet safe 🙂
  • ) It’s better for animals: By choosing not eat any meat at all we’re showing compassion towards all creatures great small those who live here too 🙂
